The Trade Barriers (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument revokes the EU Trade Barriers Regulation 2015/1843. The EU Regulation will be redundant when the UK leaves the EU as it establishes EU procedures for managing trade barriers.

     The previous version contained an incorrect reference to paragraph 39(2) of Schedule 7 of the European (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The correct version refers to paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 7 of the European (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
