The Cat and Dog Fur (Control of Import, Export and Placing on the Market)(EU Exit) Regulations 2018

The effect of this instrument is to maintain the current prohibitions on the import, export and placing on the market of cat and dog fur, after the UK leaves the EU. It replaces references to EU legislation and institutions with references to UK legislation and bodies so that the legislation functions properly in the UK after exit.
