If you operate a domiciliary care service in Northern Ireland, you must comply with the Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care Agencies, The Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and be registered with the Health and Social Care Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA).

If you wish to operate or manage more than one service, you must make a separate application for each organisation.

You must comply with any conditions attached to a registration.

If you fail to comply with the requirements, you may commit an offence.
