Apply for this licence
You must be registered to operate as a diving instructor in Northern Ireland.
How to apply
Download an application form from the Health and Safety Executive Northern Ireland (HSENI) website.
You must provide the following information:
- your details
- legal status of your business
- contact name and address
Completed forms should be returned to:

Conditions
You must also hold an approved diving qualification and a valid certificate of medical fitness to dive.
You must notify HSENI of any changes to your details once you’re registered.
