What policies would attract health professionals to rural areas? Evidence from South Africa, Kenya and Thailand.

Abstract

This presentation highlights key findings and recommendations from the CREHS cohort study, exploring health workers' attitudes towards working in rural areas. Specifically, it shows what policies are effective in attracting and retaining health workers to work in rural areas in Kenya, South Africa and Thailand.
