This report is part of a the research project ‘A Comparative Analysis of the Documentation of Torture and Ill-Treatment in Low-Income Countries’ that investigates the practices of the documentation of torture and ill-treatment in the capital cities of Kenya, Bangladesh and Nepal

The project is supported by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and the UK Department for International Development.
