Abstract

In-depth presentation of Ghana fee exemption policy evaluation technique using survey data and geographical variables. This paper was also presented at 'Addressing the links between poverty and the off-target health MDGs : maternal, newborn and child survival' conference in Aberdeen, Scotland, 17 January 2011 and European Population Conference (EPC 2010), Vienna, Austria, 01 September 2010.
