Abstract

The report was commissioned by DFID Caribbean under the Business Environment Reform Facility (BERF) programme, in conjunction with Compete Caribbean. The assignment was undertaken to understand the constraints that Caribbean micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) face in accessing digital payment solutions, evaluate the impact of those constraints and provide relevant recommendations.
