Abstract

This study will pilot and test an information and service package for non-communicable diseases (NCD). An analysis of the process of care for cardiovascular diseases (CVD), diabetes and hypertension will be performed. An assessment of the role of the 2 groups of community health workers in Bangaldesh (Shasthya Shebika (SS) and Shasthya Kormi (SK)) to target NCD care and prevent NCDs.will be made.
