Telenor My Health is a health and wellness service provided by Telenor Pakistan, reaching over half a million users in urban, semi urban and rural regions of Pakistan. This case study showcases the journey to scale for the service. The study also highlights the key considerations and best practices for the implementation of mHealth services at scale, as well as the benefits for mobile network operators to engage in mHealth projects.
