Abstract

As part of the knowledge management component of the CSRP programme, a 2-week workshop entitled: “Training workshop on appreciation and use of dynamical seasonal forecasts for the Greater Horn of Africa and outlook for the July-August-September season in the northern sector” was held at the IGAD Climate Prediction and Application Centre (ICPAC), Nairobi 6-17 June 2011. This document reports on the aims, discussions and recommendations.
