The Economics of Early Response and Resilience: Mozambique Country Study.

Abstract

Mozambique ranks third amongst the African countries most exposed to risks from multiple weather-related hazards, such as floods, cyclones and droughts and related epidemics. Worldwide, Mozambique ranks 43 out of 173 countries for disaster risk. This report highlights the human and economic costs of such disasters.
