Abstract

AFCAP is providing TA assistance to the government of Tanzania for the setting up of a low volume road research unit in Dodoma, and to develop a strategic plan for the implementation of its research priorities in accordance with the National Transport Policy of 2003. This Inception Report sets out the project plan and programme.
