Abstract

The output is presented in two volumes. Volume II (this volume) contains specific guidelines for technical feasibility, affordability and manageability and is designed for use in the field. The guidelines are presented with the approach that there are four main themes which need to be considered in the successful development and management of groundwater irrigation. These are technical feasibility, affordability, manageability and associated rural development benefits.
