Abstract
This summary report describes the study conducted to assess the antenatal care services in first-level care facilities in Punjab. The objectives, methodology, quantitative findings (in terms of facility performance, quality of antenatal services, and management of services), qualitative findings (perceptions of clients, perception of providers, and views of health managers) and conclusions of the study are outlined and a number of recommendations are made.
