Abstract

The Phase II programme of work incorporates two work packages in rural Kenya on (a) Smart Rivers and (b) Smart Handpumps. This inception report details work undertaken during field visits in October and December 2011 to (a) inform and connect project activities with Government of Kenya initiatives,and (b) finalise project sites and activities over the project cycle.
