Abstract

This project accomplished three key objectives:

Ensured the newly developed LVRR Standards and Specifications are appropriate to the actual field conditions in Laos;
Increased the Lao LVRR surfacing and paving knowledge;
and, Strengthened the capacity of the Phong Saly provincial engineers to supervise the construction of various paving and surfacing technologies that are appropriate to the local environment.
