Abstract

SEACAP 3 will contribute to the overall SEACAP goals of sustaining poverty alleviation through the development and mainstreaming of local resource-based standards for Low Volume Rural Roads (LVRRs). For this background review, over 100 documents have been accessed either in hard copy or in electronic format as part of the process to review both the existing situation in Lao as regards LVRRs and relevant international Standards and Classification; a number of which have been identified as being of key importance to the project.
