Abstract

In response to a request from the MoT in Vietnam, this project monitored the performance of the various surfacing technologies on the RRST (Rural road surfacing trial) roads, and evaluated and updated the corresponding performance and cost models, guidelines and documents. This presentation gives the background and overview to the project.
