Abstract

The objective of the SEACAP 11 Training Programme is to strengthen and develop sustainable knowledge, skills and awareness of staff on Rural Road Maintenance in rural areas of Vietnam, especially in Communes. The Training Programmes include training courses for District trainers (S3 courses) conducted in provincial centers, and Demand-led courses (D1-D5 courses) for Commune transport staff, conducted in district centers. Documents attached are a brief introduction to the curricula, and descriptions and agendas for each course.
