SEACAP 10. National Training Programme on Rural Road Management - Training Support to Non Rural Transport Project 2 (RT2) Provinces. Final Report.
Abstract
The objective of this project was to improve rural road sustainability in the 21 provinces not included in SEACAP 11 thus covering the entire country of Vietnam. This was done by increasing the capacities of the provincial and local authorities to manage the rural roads under their responsibilities. Training was provided in the maintenance and the management skills required. The project followed the methodology and used the materials developed in SEACAP 11. 36 Provincial level trainers carried out the training of more than 3,270 transport staff in 21 provinces. This document details the implementation experiences of the project.
