Abstract

This Implementation Planning builds upon the Country Strategy. The document stands alone but the Country Strategy provides additional details and justification for the strategic approach taken.

The focus of this Plan is on how the SL Programme will work with the Partnership for Agricultural Development in Innovation (PAID) to establish and sustain a ‘virtuous circle’ of innovation and learning in order to : build institutional capacity, increase demand for use of knowledge services, and provide a long term platform for sustainable uptake of research products from RNRRS and other research networks.
