Rising Food Prices Increase Hidden Hunger.

Abstract

The impact of high food prices on dietary quality as the poor are unable to buy more nutritious non-stape foods is discussed. It is suggested that agricultural investment needs to be directed towards improving dietary quality and reducing micronutrient malnutrition.
