Abstract

AFCAP engaged I.T.Transport Limited (UK) to carry out an independent review of the Ethiopian Low Volume Roads Design Manuals and Bidding Documents issued by the Ethiopian Roads Authority in 2011. This Inception Report provides a record of the preliminary meetings and discussions including the agreed decisions and clarifications.
