Abstract

The project “InfoClim,” led by Senegal’s Ecological Monitoring Centre (CSE) with support from the CCAA program, aims at improving the access of farmers and other local stakeholders to information deemed relevant to strengthening adaptation. It has established a participatory platform, known as an “observatory”, to collect and share information in order to build the capacity of vulnerable populations to adapt to climate change and variability.
