Abstract

The Development Research Centre on Migration, Globalization and Poverty (DRC) at Sussex University, UK, in collaboration with the American University in Cairo's (AUC) Forced Migration and Refugees Studies (FMRS) programme, organised an advanced course on 'Refugees and Migrants: A Rights-based Approach to Development', 8-18 January 2007 at the Jameel Centre of AUC. This report includes the programme, participant list, and summaries of case studies used during the course.
