Abstract

This report provides a brief review of emerging climate change adaptation results frameworks and indicators, and presents a set of draft indicators developed as part of the rapid scoping exercise, which can be used to evaluate International Climate Fund (ICF) programmes and their results. Some of these indicators are thematic indicators, while some may be used as Key Performance Indicators. Each indicator is described in a separate methodological note, submitted separately to this report.
