Abstract

20 drug resistant M. tuberculosis isolates from Sudan were differentiated using the 15 loci MIRU-VNTR method as a secondary typing tool. The MIRU-VNTR PCR products were analyzed using traditional gel electrophoresis and the ScreenTape System.
