Abstract

This report describes the activities, outputs, and conclusions of the Project Planning Workshop for FMSP project R8285 'Fisheries Data Collection and Sharing Mechanisms for Co-Management' held at FAO, Headquarters, Rome, 28-30th April, 2003. Eight delegates attended the workshop from the 7 institutes collaborating on the project. The main purpose of the workshop was to discuss DFID's comments on the RD1 and amend the project activities and outputs accordingly. The workshop also provided an opportunity to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each collaborator, draw up timelines for activities and deliverables and deal with any outstanding administrative matters.
