Abstract

This reports documents the process by which the Participatory Action Plans (PAPs) were developed for natural resources management and livelihoods around the Hubli-Dharwad area, Karnataka, India. The set by step account of all the actions taken in the planning process describes the approaches used, conflict resolution methods, how all stakeholders concerns were included and the lessons learnt. The report also describes the approaches that did and did not work, the changes that took place throughout and the rational for those changes.
