Abstract

The UNC Water and Health Conference, 29th October to 2nd November 2012, provided a forum for sharing research regarding drinking water supply, sanitation, hygiene and water resources, with a strong public health emphasis. SHARE co-convened several side events, including one on Violence Against Women. During this session, Oliver Cumming of the SHARE research consortium gave this presentation on sanitation and violence against women, using SHARE research in India, Uganda and Kenya.
