Abstract

In line with the key programme stages identified in the Inception Report this document presents a summary of the 3rd TWG Meeting/Workshop and associated discussions held at Juba on 9th October 2012. This document will enable members of the Technical Working Group (TWG) and other key stakeholders to review progress; comment on the proposed SSLVR Manual; and to suggest amendments and additional inclusions.

Chapter 2 outlines the workshop proceedings; Chapter 3 presents the key discussion points and Chapter 4 presents a summary and key recommendations. Appendix A presents a list of the participants of the workshop and Appendix B contains the presentations made.
