Abstract
The Fisheries Post-Harvest Overview Manual (FishPHOM) is designed to help those involved in post-harvest fisheries to understand what is currently happening in the sector, how this is changing, what the implications for change are, what is currently being done to address these changes and what needs to be done in the future.
The manual aims to guide practitioners through a process of researching and writing a country overview that will inform policy, plans and strategies for the sector.
