Abstract

The purpose of stakeholder analysis is the assessment of the social and economic factors (influencing potential sites) in order to determine whether a mixed use solution is likely to succeed on a particular site.

This Fact Sheet sets the current urban scene and suggests ways and means towards achieving sustainable mixed use core area development.
