Abstract

These 'Options for Action' are drawn from the 'Changing Mindsets' strategy document which sets out a global strategy for health policy and systems research. The options for action proposed here are intended to enable the embedding of research and decision-making processes in the health ecosystem and, ultimately, to increase evidence-informed decision-making at all levels of the health system.
