Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Care Package is a suite of practical, user-friendly guides and tools that have been developed in partnership with ministries of health, doctors, nurses and other health workers. It draws on the best current evidence and recommendations for diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care for patients with NCDs in low and middle income countries. The package is aimed at ministries of health, national programmes, medical directors and other agencies involved in improving NCD care.

This research is an output from the COMDIS-HSD Programme which is led by the University of Leeds
