Abstract

This report details work conducted during the Inception Phase of Project R8145. The project is introduced, initial findings and activities summarized, and results reported. Additional activities required for successful completion of the project are outlined, risks and assumptions detailed, and proposed adjustments to the project presented. The project is designed to \"investigate how prospects for poverty reduction through employment and/or income generation opportunities in micro-enterprises can be created or enhanced by the provision of modern energy services\"
