Abstract

This report describes modelling the nitrogen cycle in the arable systems of Nepal using the SUNDIAL nitrogen turnover model. Research results demonstrated that the SUNDIAL model works well under the conditions of Nepal but that further developments are required to allow simulation of millet crops and the intercrops.
