Abstract

Faith-based organizations' (FBOs) activities in Pakistan are reviewed in various development-related areas, including education, healthcare, social welfare and the alleviation of poverty. It is estimated that FBOs comprise one-third of the country's non-profit sector. Emerging trends in the sector are identified.
