Abstract

This new IAVI Policy Note summarizes key findings from Policy Brief #24 “Kenya: Estimating the Potential Impact of an AIDS Vaccine”. It examines the future trajectory of the AIDS epidemic in Kenya, the potential impact that an AIDS vaccine could have on the epidemic, the cost-saving potential of a future AIDS vaccine, and an analysis of vaccination strategies.
