Abstract

The objectives of this study were to gain insights into the components of pro-poor agricultural growth (PPAG) and policies to promote such growth in Malawi, Zimbabwe and India. The research aimed to: enhance understanding of the role of institutional, micro-economic, macro-economic, and international factors in determining the scope for PPAG; identify appropriate policy initiatives to address related constraints, and develop policy tools to support PPAG. This final report presents the project's background and objectives, methods, findings, and dissemination of results.
