Abstract

The objective of this report is to present the findings and the way forward in respect of the Knowledge And Research (KAR) project on Vehicle Operations in Sub Saharan Africa. The main objective of the project was to identify policy measures to improve the efficiency of vehicle operations in Sub Saharan Africa. The research work was undertaken in two countries (Uganda and Ghana) over a period of two years.
