Abstract

This is the third progress report for the AFCAP Study into Improved Maintenance Systems for District Roads in Tanzania. It covers the period 1st April 2011 to 30th June 2011. Three districts are included in the Study in Dodoma Region - Mpwapwa, Bahi and Dodoma Municipal. The project is testing different maintenance contracts, including spot improvements, routine maintenance and culverts/bridge works where deemed necessary.
