Abstract

This is the second progress report for the AFCAP Study into Improved Maintenance Systems for District Roads in Tanzania. It covers the period 1st January 2011 to 31st March 2011. Three districts are included in the Study - Mpwapwa, Bahi and Dodoma Municipal.
