Abstract

This report describes the institutional arrangements for the management of agro-chemicals in Jamaica and St. Lucia, specifically the administrative and legal systems relating to importation, manufacture and the distribution chain. It explores the wider potential for harmonisation of administrative arrangements through the wider Caribbean.
