Produce a short report which provides an overview of the governance of higher education and sector reform in selected DFID focus countries: Kenya, South Africa, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Mozambique.

Summary

For each of the seven countries in this report there is a profile outlining how higher education is organised and drawing together the key points on reform. This is followed by an annotated bibliography of resources on higher education reform for each country case.
