Abstract

This document pertains to a review of the Methodological Guide for the systematization of local rural development (Berdegué, et al., 2002) prepared by FIDAMERICA and PREVAL in 2000 and has been used successfully as a tool for knowledge retrieval within a scheme of construction of learning systems and knowledge management, whose use is promoted among rural development projects that are sponsored by IFAD in Latin America and the Caribbean.
