Abstract

Factors affecting the identification and mobilisation of stakeholders in Narayanganj, Bangladesh (18) and Bishkek, Kyrghyzstan (10) are discussed. Points added to the Stakeholder Consultation Tool from applying it to the case-study cities are given.
