Abstract

This final report to the Department for International Development (Globalisation and Poverty Programme) on Project R7861concerned with state institutional capacities for economic governance and their consequences for poverty reduction in the countries of Hungary, South Korea and Malaysia, covers: the project's background and objectives; methodology; findings; policy implications; outputs; and references.
