Abstract

Gender responsive budgeting (GRB) brings together two issues that are not commonly associated with one another: gender equality and public financial management. GRB argues that gender equality principles should be incorporated into all stages of the budget process. The reading pack gives an overview of the topic, and lists a number of key reading materials together with discussion questions the reading list addresses.
